HARD OF HEARING
Our Main Theatre is equipped with THE SENNHEISER SYSTEM for people with impaired hearing. Hearing aids with a T-switch can be linked to the system without headphones.
Reserve your headphone or hearing-aid attachment by contacting the Front of House Manager at 021 680 3967.
Wheelchair positions are located in the Theatre (stalls), Concert Hall and Golden Arrow Studio Theatre. Please inform Computicket at the time of booking if you need a wheelchair space. Toilets for patrons with wheelchairs are located in the public toilets at the far end of the Main Foyer. A lift for wheelchairs in the Main Foyer allows access to the restaurant.
Parking for people with wheelchairs is located at the Baxter Road and Burg Road entrances.

Secure parking is available in the parking lot next to the Baxter and above it (on the UCT Middle Campus). There is a charge of R10 per vehicle during peak evening performances in the main Baxter parking lot.
All ticketing for the Baxter is done through Computicket, with no exception. You can purchase tickets in the following ways:
- At Computicket outlets, including the Baxter Box Office.
- At any Checkers/Shoprite store.
- Through credit card telephone booking.
- The internet via www.computicket.com.
Box Office hours: Monday–Saturday 9AM to start of performances.
Credit Card Bookings: Telephone the Computicket call centre on 0861 915 8000 Monday–Saturday from 8AM to 8PM.
Block Bookings: For discounted block bookings, charities, corporate bookings and fundraisers please phone the Baxter Sales department on 021 680 3962 or 021 680 3993.
